    I cannot see who is phoning me? my incoming calls says unknown number on my blackberry leap

    Your cell carrier will need to activate Caller ID on your account. Not all carriers offer this service by default and some charge extra for it.

    However if you do have Caller ID activated and if the caller is blocking or spoofing their caller ID, it will only show what is provided which in some cases is "Unknown".
