I used Blackberry Link software to Backup (full) a Z10 phone. Restored that image to a new Leap phone, now the hardware buttons (top and volume) are no longer working. I can only unlock the phone by swiping.
When i reset the phone, the buttons become active and working again, as soon as i restore the backup, buttons no longer work.
Any idea how i get the phone working?
