    Hi All
    I am facing a weird issue with BB Leap, since this morning, after charging my phone, i try to restart my phone and it's froze at "Blackberry" screen . Phone is not fully turned off, when someone calls, i can listen the incoming call tone, but over all phone is non responsive.     Try doing a hard reset with the volume buttons and see if a reboot fixes it (worth a shot).

    But reloading the OS either using LINK or with an Autoloader is going to probably be the fix... hope you did backups on a regular basis.
