I seem to recall having that issue once. If I remember correctly, it turned out to be an issue with the Blackberry device network driver in Windows. What I did, was uninstall the BB network device driver (Windows Programs and Features in Control Panel). After a PC restart, connected my device to the PC via USB, and the driver reinstalled itself correctly. After that, full functionality was restored.
Does Anyone have the same success repeatedly?
I have 6 devices in our organization:
BlackBerry Link
Link + Blend
IPv6 is blocked by Anti-Virus/Malware network protection software (which can manually be disabled for a short time.
(we've done this with a newly imaged Win7 machine without any of the above software and only using Link; the latest build to date)
This issue SEEMS to affect BB Leap & Link or Blend+Link on a Win7 64-bit PC only. 32-bit Win7 works just fine.
I'd try the above suggestion, yet in Programs and Features only BlackBerry Link (v1.2.3.48), BlackBerry Device Communication Components (2.0.0.70) and BlackBerry Device Software Updater (v8.0) are listed. is the one listed in BOLD what you're referring to BMCruiser?
