Have you ever sync'd them anywhere? That would probably be your best hope. Some carriers do it for you, I know ATT had a MyContacts backup that took place somewhat automatically on my BB10 devices. If you have ever signed in a google account on your device, one of the permissions it asked for was to access contacts, sign into gmail and see if they are in your address book there.
