    I got the leap and overall I am pretty impressed by it (as a z10, q10, classic, passport, att passport, z30 and z3 owner). The one thing that is annoying is it seems like noting was done at the OS level to accommodate the leap. The biggest frustrating example of this to me is the swipe to wake functionality. You have to swipe up the same percentage of the screen to wake the display as you would on the z10 but the z10 is a far smaller device. It is actually difficult for me to swipe to wake up with one hand without changing the positioning.

    Thread title made more specific.

    The Leap display is approximately same size as Z30, both physically and its screen res. I don't have any issues on my Z30, but I've had it for 1.5 years already too. I only spent a few minutes hands-on with a Leap and don't recall having an issue... but it was just a few minutes.

    You have to swipe more than half way up the screen to wake up the leap. The z30 and z10 you have to swipe a quarter to wake and another quarter to unlock.

    Hello Benjamin, it's a pity you have this issue. On my Leap it seems to be fine. I only need to swipe up a tiny bit and it "wakes" and then till about halfway to unlock.

    Maybe you swiping too slowly??
    Could it be software related?
