* * * * * * * * * I am using blackberry leap cell, Model No. STR 100-1 . In this system the softwere os version is 10.3.3.746 which demo user mode is automatically update hences I am kindly requsting to you to send the original software version of this system Beacuse I am facing so many problem of using demo mode .plz kindly send the link for software upgradation .

Just to add...

This is a user-to-user forum. We are happy to help with guiding you and getting you going, but you will have to get the files and do the actual work to load them up yourself.

The OS you're on now is a developer OS that was never meant for real daily use and should never have been installed in the first place.

Unless you are a developer testing apps you write for BB10.

Follow the link in Dunt X3's post above, and follow the directions closely. An autoloader for 10.3.3.2205 should work fine.
