    After 3 replacements I'm giving up on the leap. Issues ranging from dead buttons to screens with differing levels of light leakage and bright spots on the display. If blackberry is going to compete they have got to get their quality control together.

    Pictures? The main problem I have is with the buttons. This would make 1 original and 2 replacements from Amazon with dead buttons that don't give a tactile feedback when pressed. I can deal with the light bleeding screen edges because it's hard to see while using the phone.

    A lot of people have ordered a Leap from Amazon with no issues. I actually just placed an order for one. Maybe you just had a bad batch. Still sucks though. Mine is supposed to arrive Wed. So the buttons just don't like click or something? Like a mushy type of feeling?

    Maybe luck of the drawer (edit: draw, lol). Mine came from Amazon on day one and no problems at all with the buttons, including the power button. All very responsive, tight & click, with the mute button requiring slightly more push. All in all, build quality is excellent.
