I just got this idea BlackBerry recycled all of those unsold Z10s sitting in their warehouse, put them in a new case with bigger screens and called it the Leap.

When the real upgrade to the Z30?

I don't think they ended up with too many unsold Z10s sitting around. They sold all of them for dirt cheap.

In this case, I think it's that originally they were planning to build even more Z10s so that's why they have a ton of the same parts laying around. So they're just using those spare parts to make these crappy Leap devices.

Granted, it's still probably a good phone because the Z10 is still good, but it just sucks to see them use such old technology.

I think it's just unbelievable that BlackBerry thought the Z10 would be such a massive success of epic proportions. Like what made them think this?
