    Hello Guys,

I owned a new Blackberry Leap. I make an Autoloader install with 10.3.3

And i BackUp / save my old Settings back to my device.

Everything runs smooth and fast. But after 12-24 Hours (Over Night with Flightmode) my Leap is very slow.

When i switch / scroll in the Menu or from Homescreen to the Apps and back, my Leap stuttered and shown sluggisch Site change.

But i recognize its only when my BBMessenger its open. When i close the Messenger complete then the Leap runs smooth again.

After a restart it runs fast and smooth - 12-24 Hours. Than the laggy problem comes back.

Has anybody this problem ? Could another wipe solve this problem ?

    Thank you
    Cheers

Hey. No. Only Focus, Facebook lite and the messenger.
Every app don't run in the background. I close every android app after use.

From device manager, can you screenshot and post both your current CPU at idle (wait for it to settle), and memory?

Something is churning really hard. CPU should settle and stay at about 5-7%.

Keep it on the CPU screen. Does it ever settle to 5-7%?

I have sometimes cpu peaks with 20% up to 49%. But yes it goes sometimes back to 3,9% to 7%

The fact that it can get down to idle speed is good. Your free memory is good too. There does not seem to be a systemic problem. When you are encountering another slow down, I would check to see what your CPU is doing again, as it may be a misbehaving app.

I will check it again and watch it. Maybe i post it here in the forum. My Classic or my Z10 had no problems like these.

I recognize the PIM service push the cpu peaks too. I have 6 emails and my iCloud for contact's and calendar.

Every time when I swipe left to the Hub and back then my Leap runs very slow. 5-6 seconds.

But my classic and my z10 has the same settings and accounts. Mmmhhh :/

Another idea. I make an autoloader update with 10.3.3 and recover my settings and files from a backup with 10.3.2. Is that a problem.? I think that's the issue.

I will try a blank wipe without a data backup. Some work waiting

Avoid Link. It restores bugs too. Use Ultimate Backup instead.

But yes, a fresh install always helps.

After autoloader install without backup my Leap runs good. I will wait 1-2 days and then I can say more

After few days the problem comes back. I don't know why. I think it's a Device issue.

I swipe to the hub (BBM is open with active frame) and swipe back to the multitasking site, to the app page 1 and 2 and swipe back, it's stuttering and jerk again.

The Leap isn't a performance monster

    A little bit annoying :/

The Leap has the same performance as the Z10, Classic, and Q10. It's hard to diagnose this remotely. Remove your accounts and then add them back slowly - I'm guessing you have a syncing feedback loop somewhere.

Yes that's it what I've done after reinstall the OS. The problem comes after many hours.

I change the sync interval of my accounts
    I deactivate the push option

    Nothing happens.

On my classic and my z10 I have exact the same settings for my accounts. Only on the Leap comes the problem.

Sometimes I heard about a SIM error that makes a phone laggy. But I can not believe that

Now I delete all my accounts and reboot the device. After many swipes to the hub and back the problem is still there

What does your "current' cpu screen look like?

It jumps from 53% after 2-3 seconds to 3-5%

Every time when I'm in the hub and checks the cpu the cpu jumps to 53% and more.

The hub trigger the cpu hardly -.-
