ive tried quickphoneunlock and freemyblackberry , both tried the two most common unlock code suppliers and had no luck , freemyblackberry went to the next level ( for a higher fee ) and had no luck , I'm guessing the last attempt would have been direct from blackberry ? at any rate , I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen and found a company that could supply a code , or do I need to wait until the phone is a few months older ? I did get a code when first attempting this , I had put the phone down as a telus unit , apparently this doesn't work on phones that have a refurbished or RDV number ,,,, any help would be very much appreciated

I had the same problem with an ebay Q10. Telus. While I was waiting for the unlock me site to try again, I called Telus. They said the phone is registered in someone else's name. ebay gave me an immediate refund. I had only bought the locked version on accident, sometimes there is just no way to unlock it.
