Greets!

Here are the troubles: usin my BBleap as an hotspot for my laptop acer, windows 10, i got the fine conection via the wifi, but it's a slow, broken one. Gotta reset either the wifi conection, the computer or my phone network settings, to have the conection failin a bit later...

That, and when tryin to conect on another computer, i have to enter the 'security key' for the wifi conection, and i don't know where to get it... :s

Would anyone have any help to provide? Cheers!

The Leap is an old device and may just be showing its age, but if you wish you could run the latest autoloader and re-flash the OS just to make sure there aren't any kinks in the lines.

Regarding the password, go to;
Settings > Network and Connections > Mobile Hotspot > tap Configure at the bottom of the screen > then at the right end of the Password field is an eye symbol - tap this to reveal the network key.

Download to PC and unzip, plug in phone and run the file.
Back up your data beforehand if it's important to you, as it will be wiped during the process.
