If it works on ATT and is unlocked, a TM sim will work. This assumes TM has service in your area.

Wifi calling through T-Mobile won't work because it's not a T-Mobile branded device.

Other than that, I'm using my Leap on T-Mobile and all features work (LTE, HSPA+, etc.)

And to the OPs original question:

Check out the Blackberry Leap specifications and you will find the following for North America:
    North America
    FD-LTE: 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 13, 17 (2100/1900/AWS/850/2600/700 MHz)
    HSPA+ 1, 2, 4, 5/6 (2100/1900/AWS/850 MHz)
    Dual Carrier 42 HSPA support
    Quad Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE 2, 3, 5, 8 (1900,1800,850,900 MHz)

    T-Mobile in North America uses:
    LTE bands 2, 4, and 12.
    3G(UTMS), 3.5G(HSPA+) bands 1700 and 1900

So, LTE, HSPA+, and EDGE all work just fine, as mentioned by another poster in this thread. If you live outside the US of A the following applies:

Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific
    FD-LTE: 1, 3, 7, 8, 20 (2100/1800/2600/900/800 MHz)
    HSPA+ 1, 2, 5/6, 8 (2100/1900/850/900 MHz)
    Dual Carrier 42 HSPA support
    Quad Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE 2, 3, 5, 8 (1900,1800,850,900 MHz)

You can match up the appropriate carrier frequency with those if you need to. Sources are plentiful.

    :-)

    Regards.

My factory-purchased unlocked Z10 works fine on T-Mobile and supports WiFi Calling running on Ting under 10.2.1, which uses the T-Mo network. Unless it's a Leap-specific issue, the Leap should support it as well if the Leap supports OS 10.2.

Did for me about 2 1/2-3 years ago without problems when I tested service. Did it stop functioning recently?
