    Hi,
    I still have a Leap and purchased for me in 1 Sept 2015 via Amazon.
    I used it for many Email accounts, Social Accounts, Secure Web browsing & lots of Apps only available on Blackberry Store. Very Happy. I also got replacement of Device from Blackberry Support as I prove that my device get flicker in low Lux.(I got replacement after posting Youtube video, lots of emails & phone call, but success!)

    As Whatsapp, facebook announced they will stop support, & few bank website gave trouble in Blackberry Browser then I search new Device. Then I found Moto G5S Plus.

    Now from that day, Blackberry Leap for my Mother.
    As she just use only for make 2G Calls & read SMS.
    But I am worried when its battery get expire then how & where I get new battery for it.

    I am also curious for is there people who use Blackberry Leap in 2019?

    Sorry, the Leap is just not worth fixing at this stage.

    Still a number of folks using one I suspect...

    But no it's probable not worth dealing with getting a new, yet old battery for one. They still make basic phones... or there are options for super cheap phones.

    You can buy a new and cheap one on Amazon. No need to replace the battery.

    You'd be buying one with an old battery... just fewer charge cycles on it.
