I still have a Leap and purchased one for the wife. Love BB10 and BBM Video conference. When we are at different locations it's great to share video for shopping or colors etc....
Hard to beat the price for a quality phone. Do most of my banking and accessing my investments without having to worry. No need to get tied to goog or appl stores. Not all Web sites are available because of their security certificates. No problem for me just stay away. Recently cracked my glass and had to replace phone. Easy transfer with BB device switch app. Just hope BB10 continues to stay alive. Cheers a real content BlackBerry fan.

I have a Z30 as my main both work and personal device. However I want to get a back up for my Z30 with either another Z30 or the Leap. Looking at them on paper the Leap appears to be not as strong as the Z30. Z30 seems superior. Working with the Z39 I can honestly say this machine can get it done! To you Leap users, would you recommend vs a Z30?

Only if your carrier is AT&T since only advantage I got from Leap was LTE coverage. The Z30 got LTE on T-Mobile but only 4G HSPA with AT&T in most parts of the country.

Use it for email, Web surfing and when travelling and purchase a local Sim number. The form has me thinking about moving to a Red Key2 and transitioning my Passport to that Leap role.

Yup! Still using it after a couple of years. It was a backup for my Z30 and I am glad I have it as the Z30 died last month......"sob!,.....sniff!". Great little device and a good way to still enjoy BB10.

I enjoyed the leap as well but bb10 EOL is fast approaching and I see signs of increased lag and apps not working anymore. Got the keyone and am happy

Window is closing.. some with basic needs can still find the LEAP (or any BB10 phone) still very capable for email, text and phone. But the app situation will only get worse with time, and at the end of the year.... who knows what the limits will be then.

If I didn't have the Z10, I would be happy with a Leap.

I was gifted a Leap over the Christmas break by a friend who was no longer using it as her company switched over to iPhones and she knew I was a collector. It was easily the best xmas present in 2019 as I'd never owned a Leap before and filled a hole in my fleet.

I remember when the Leap first came out I thought "wow, that's a chunky and clunky looking Z30!" but now, compared to my KEY2, the Leap looks so compact!

Playing around with it gives me the warm and fuzzies and takes me back to 2013 when I was head over heels for my Z10 and then 2014 when I was even more in love with the Z30. BB10 is still buttery smooth and the BB vkb is so much more superior to the Android version and (IM0), any other vkb out there.
@bb10adopter11 I really envy you at times in that your user profile is still conducive to you rocking a Z10 in 2020. That's amazing.

Still rocking my Z10 and a Leap, unfortunately my Z30 mic broke so I loaded Mired Don't Panic and is now a dedicated GPS and my multimedia player and my awesome Passport suffered the well know BB corona virus aka "WiFi- only" device.
