    I have a Leap with Software Release 10.3.2.2474.

    I'd like to upgrade to the latest version of 10.3.3.

    But, when I press "Check for Updates", it tells me "You have the latest software" which is obviously not true.

    What's going on here, how do I upgrade the OS?

    (I have a Macintosh; is loading over USB or Wifi using the Mac an option?)

    You will have to use an autoloader: https://mega.nz/file/s9hGBACZ#rI_Bxh...eeBqF5DyH8cb6U

    Download the file to a PC, plug your Leap in and click on the .exe file. Your device will be wiped clean and reinstall the latest (and last) OS. If your PC does not recognize your Leap, you may have to install the BB usb drivers.

    p.s. you cannot do this with a mac. Also, in case you are wondering, the Leap uses the exact same autoloader as Z30 and Classic.
