I recently moved offices and can't pick up the WiFi network here. My MacBook pro, soft phone, Sony z3 and tablet pick up the network fine.

When I search using the leap, it does not pick up the network.

My wifi at home works fine.

Any suggestions?

The wifi range on most BlackBerry 10 devices has been very poor since 10.3.1.xxxx and above. I have noticed it on my Leaps, Q5's and Z10's. I have a Z10 that is running 10.2.1.2228 and the wifi range is outstanding. I compare it to my other Z10 that is running the latest OS (10.3.2.2639) and it blows away the Z10 running the latest OS. There have been multiple threads all over CrackBerry about people complaining about this and BlackBerry has not fixed it yet. There are also people that claim there is no problem. I think they just don't realize it, it's a real problem.

Just got the Leap but haven't had any issues connecting to any WiFi networks so far.

I dont have any issues with wifi on my Q5, Q10, Z10, 9900 or my Passport. I do have a newer 2.4/5.0 router though and not a cheap one but not top of the line either. I can even walk down two or three houses and still get 3 bands. Full when on my own property and even in the basement. My router is on the main floor along with the cable modem. I did a cable test and chose the cable wire with the best signal.

I don't have any "issues" with wifi. But I have definitely noticed that since 10.3.1 and higher the reception of wifi on all my BB10 devices is weaker than they used to be. No problems connecting to wifi either. Just noticed weaker reception.
I have a very powerful and modern router and with other devices I get far better range than with the BB10 devices.

It's OK, I'm just gonna use my data while at work for the BlackBerry.

The benefits out way the drawbacks for me so I can live with it.
