    Tired with OS 10 that there are many Apps were working on Leap and no longer working.
    If Android can run on Leap, please advise how to replace OS 10 with Android.

    Yeah, I did Cobalt's. That was working, however I found there are many apps not working now.

    Could it be OS updated caused?

    Not likely.

    BB10 is forever stuck on Android 4.3 from 2012.

    No--just because you have Cobalt's stack installed does not guarantee that all android apps will work. Check out the minimum android version for each app you have installed. If that version requires android 4.4 and above (which more and more are requiring) then the app just will not work regardless. The only other possibilities you have are: buy and use a new android or iOS device, look for an older version of the app that may work, or use the mobile web version with a shortcut to your desktop. That's it.
