    Unable to connect with BlackBerry Protect. I have bought a new leap on Jan 2018 and now while I try to set up the BlackBerry Protect it is showing error that unable to connect to BlackBerry Protect...please someone help me to solve this....thanks a lot in advance....

    Several have had the issue... sometimes rebooting helps, sometimes just trying a little later works.

    I am trying for past one week and also I have tried after rebooting also...it is just showing the error like

    Blackberry protect unavailable
    Unable to connect to BlackBerry Protect service please try again later.

    And that's all it is displaying...please help me to resolve this... thanks a lot in advance

    Using the same BBID try login onto the BlackBerry Web Portal and see what it shows.
