My Leap tried to install the 10.3.3.1463 update and failed. Since then my battery has drained rapidly.
I did a factory reset yesterday and today my battery is draining faster than ever.
I have met changed any apps. Device monitor shows PIM services and System taking over 40% of cpu.

    Help!

Did you restore a backup or did you create your accounts from scratch?

NOTE first few hours especially your phone will require a lot more power to sync with accounts (more accounts the more syncing required).... most say give it a day or two to settle in.

Did it ask to do the update after the wipe? I'd get that out of the way (or I'd use an Autoloader to install that latest update) and then wipe the phone and set it up from scratch.

    I restored from backup.

I shortened the email sync time to force updated contacts, etc and now have changed back to 24 hour sync.

I have 3 email accounts (same as for ever).

After resetting, the phone indicated there was an update available, but didn't appear to download or install it, and there wasn't an error with this update.

When I check for updates, BlackBerry says I have the most up to date OS (10.3.3.1463).

Remove all of your accounts, use Accounts Cleaner from BBW to make sure everything is gone, then add them back.

Also, BlackBerry virtual expert indicates my OS version is 10.3.3.2205, but the settings shows 10.3.3.1463. How can this be?

Same thing. One number is the OS, and the other is the Software Release.
