    Hi,

    I am trying to add my paypal payment account to BB-Leap device. But everytime it gives me an error message saying "paypal service error (AW30972vq)".

    I DM the blackberry support twitter handle and they directed me to this link https://global.blackberry.com/en/contact

    Can anyone please help me.

    Might want to review some of the already existing threads with the issue, of which, there are many. - AW30972vq site:forums.crackberry.com - Google Search. Don't think there is one solution that works for everyone.

    Use old BBOS device connected to your BB ID . It work's perfectly for me.
