    There are some similarities. So what? Pretty much every smartphone today has some similarities in design to some other model, present or past. There is only soo much you can do in design. You can play around with shape, width, thickness, edges, colours...but that is about it.

    That does not disqualify the Leap as a viable entry level to mid-range device with a decent price point and reliable built, specs and yes a familiar but more than adequate design.

    Don't like it, don't buy it...

    OP is obviously trolling. Do you have nothing better to do than try to make some weird comparison to an old phone that is totally invalid?
    What do you have against the Leap? Unless you own or owned one, you have no credibility as far as I'm concerned.
    I love the Leap except for the speaker, but I can live with that because of it's other great features.
    Sorry, but unless someone has owned a Leap, they have no idea what they are talking about and have no right to criticize it.
