    My keyone has a small issue which is pausing the music while I am listening so I have to play it again and again, it happens lots of times and I am tired of this , I can not listen to music with hands free and put my phone in my pocket , and for more information I did reset the phone 2 times and erased everything and factory reset , but it is still the same .

    Same happens to me. Only when it's connected to a Bluetooth device... Seems as though Bluetooth is a problem for KeyOne.

    but there must be some solution or update the android version to fix this issue, it is really annoying , please blackberry company pursue this issue , this phone is brilliant

    What type of Bluetooth device are you connected to, while you're having this problem? I use wireless earphones when I workout, and I connect to my car also, without any problems.

    when I just play music , I didn't mean while I am using Bluetooth or wireless , just when I play music and use headset or without

    I think I know your problem. Are your music files stored on the SD card ?

    not in fact I play them from my phone's storage and also it happens when I play online like Spotify or others

    What version is your Google Play Music app? It should be at the bottom of the settings page:

    I am coming from another android phone running Nougat and have the same problem. I don't think it's an KEYone exclusive issue.
