Did you call them and register the phone, that's the only way to get VVM working

I use the ATT VVM app. Works perfectly and I didn't have to call them thankfully

I don't believe mines working. Haven't called but then again I haven't received any new Voicemail so I do not know if old Voicemails would port into VVM correctly. Noob question: is VVM just to see the numbers/contacts that call or will I be able to read an "accurate" text of the Voicemails contents? Thx in advance

after messing with it again and following the instructions that were indicated within the app, it finally worked. And sadly, I'm not sure what I did to get it right on the 12th attempt....LOL

I am in the US on AT&T 4G LTE network. I called ATT and registered the phone with the IMEI.
VVM works but it does not pull the messages automatically, like it should. I have to hit the refresh button on the left upper corner.
So it is not completely OK.

I'm with Rogers Wireless and since switching to the K1 my voice mail now is only the appearance of the tape Icon and a text indicating voicemail!
My prior device which was a google pix I did receive visual voicemail! Voicemail transcribed as a text or an audio file!

Follow up:

I completely removed the app, reset my device and reinstalled it yesterday from the Play Store. It works flawlessly now....
