    Searched posts for this issue, hope I didn't miss a like posting:

    Recently I notice when I plug the handset into PC or charger the option to change USB configuration either by pull down menu at top of screen or semi circle screen pop up on lower part of screen does not respond. I have to go into develop menu in settings to change to MTP file transfer of vice versa every time. 32 second reboot didn't restore ability.

    Anyone else notice issue? Did recently upgrade to AAV119

    Not a show stopper just one of those annoyances you cant shake...LOL

    Did you go into developer options and turn off "Animator duration scale"? If so, that's your problem...

    I believe what "Soapm" recommended corrected the issue, changed that setting from 0 to X1 and the issue appears to be rectified.
