KeyOne problem resolved by transferring data to a new KeyOne phone. Blackberry Content Transfer moved most text messages but no call logs. Does anyone know of an app that will transfer the remaining test messages and call logs?

There is an app that folks have recommended that can move more than 3,500 text messages. I don't know about Call Logs.

Yes, I moved 3500 text messages (KeyOne to KeyOne) with ease using BlackBerry Content Transfer. However, I have another 3500+ that I would like to transfer. When I moved from BB Q10 to KeyOne a few months ago, all of the text messages and call logs followed but this latest transfer did not capture everything so I'm looking for an app that can help

Not sure about call logs though. I used that app to transfer my texts from my Classic (which had all texts dating back to the Bold 9000), and using a BB10 backup app that backs up into xml format, used this app to restore them all. From Android to Android it'll be easier, just use this app to back everything up into xml and transfer that file to the new phone, then install this same app on the new phone and restore them. Easy peasy.
