Hi! The trackpad function of my new keyone does not work. No scrolling, no swipes..nothing. No function. No light goes on when you tough the keys.

Normal typing is no problem.

I think i tried out any way to fix: reinstall the Keyboard App, Reset the keyone several times.. Hardreset, everthing..

Any ideas? Thank you very much!

Factory Reset would be the next suggestion... followed by a call to BBMo support I expect.

thank you for your answer. Do you mean the factory Reset in the settings? i tried this too.. but no other result. the trackpad is still out of order

Was there not some setting menu where you can switch that swiping on? Unser physical keyboard or so?

As Chris_R suggested, check Main Settings, Lang&Input, Physical Keyboard, Gestures?

No, only gestures..and this Option is on. No other settings for swiping..

I think he also meant a proper reboot: holding the power button 32 seconds long (it will cycle through a few restarts). This reboot will mimic removing the battery. Have u tried this yet?

Yes, i tried it. No working trackpad

A Factory Reset would clear in apps or settings that might interfere and help you rule out it being a software issue.

But the few others that have had an issue.. it was hardware.

Thank you very much! I tried the factory Reset too. My Dealer mediamarkt try to get another k1 for me..
