    why can't I receive videos or gifs from my friends that have an iphone? it comes to me as a picture. how do I fix this issue?

    also, keep in mind that carriers impose a 1mb max for all videos and pictures sent via mms, it will be blurry

    Video still doesn't work when I get them from an iphone. Its just a blurry picture and a seperate audio file.

    I moved my wife from an iPhone to PRIV and she was having similar issues initially.

    We found that it's because we were on WiFi instead of using cellular data.
    For some reason mms wants to be using CELLULAR data.

    So, I turned off the WiFi and bumped up the data limit and it has worked well ever since.
