    1. In my sms stock msg app on my Keyone all past messages for 1 contact have disappeared suddenly! (I have loaded textra but not enabled as default msg app yet -and the entire text history for that same contacts' messages are there! ).
    What is going on?is this due to latest hub update? Plz fix.
    2.still getting "expired snooze" message on random texts and emails!
    Please fix this and could someone from BBM reply. Thanks!

    This is not a BlackBerry issue, it's a Google Messages app issue.

    The Google Messages app handles SMS - the HUB just shows the notifications from the app. Try using Yaata or Textra instead.

    Okay thanks for suggestions.
    however the "expired snooze" message is ONLY showing up in HUB on emails too. what is the cause of this? there are few threads from others on this as well. thanks

    I've never experienced that, so I don't know.
