    My Keyone is showing a strange behaviour.
    Incoming SMS messages show up in the hub but not in the messages app.
    When I answer to a SMS I can see the answer in the app as well as in the hub but the original message is not to be seen.
    Anyone here with a solution or with the same problem?

    I have had this occur numerous times! all I can do to fix it is to reboot. then it shows in hub but awaiting permanent fix

    Having same issue!! major problem. Two times it has happened today with two different contacts. Rebooting my phone didn't have fix it

    Other texts have seemed to make it in. What's "special" about these texts? Was there an update to "Message" App that caused this problem? Is it only iPhone texts that screw up?

    Need a fix ASAP!!

    Yes , same issue here , it doesn't happens all the times but is very annoying . A reboot make them appear again but doesn't work all times either ....

    Uninstalling the piccolo issue of contacts should fix the problem for you. It did for me, please note that I am in the United Kingdom.

    Contacted BlackBerry support about this and they seem to be in denial. Suggested a do a factory reset to fix. 🤔

    Have any of you recently switched from an iPhone to Android? If so messages sent from iPhones may still be coming to you in iMessage format.

    since updating bb hub today behavior is happening again.
    text message shows in hub but in the actual message app.
