    Lets just be honest here. The reason why one buys a KeyOne, is for the physical keyboard. What if the physical keyboard doesn't work like its supposed to?

    Anyhoos, my "T,Y,I,A,D" keys suddenly doesn't work.

    It was perfectly fine the first time I set it up because i actually managed to get to the screen where google play installs all my apps, which means i successfully keyed in my wifi password initially.

    I left it to install all my apps (156 apps mind you) and plugged in the charger. When i came back to it, i wanted to use chrome and walaah! Keys not working. I tried different apps, same problem. I did a factory reset, same problem. Now I can't get past the initial set up because on screen keyboard doesn't come out yet at this stage.

    I got my set from Clove.co.uk

    I'll need to keep in touch with them....

    (please tell me this is a software bug)

    Try holding down power button 32 second? I think if after factory reset still not working probably hardware issue better claim warranty

    I've tried hard reset, and also safe mode multiple times, still same problem.

    I've gotten in touch with clove.co.uk and hope something can be done soon.

    I was really excited to use the phone this week

    My first KEYone had dead S,W,D,G,H,L keys.

    Must be a sequence of how the hardware is connected on the back end, but somethings probably wrong on the hardware side.

    Got mine exchanged as well. You'll love the phone, trust me!

    How long did it take to get it exchanged? I'm considering to send this dud back for a refund and get one locally from a private distributor. Obviously price would be premium I can't wait for the next batch! 2nd June!

    End up I'm paying extra $$ just to send this back to clove.co.uk on top of the premium price I'm paying to get it from the private distributor

    ..or maybe blackberry is trying to send us a message. We'll decipher it if we combine the faulty keys together as a whole. It might read.

    Now looks like clove.co.uk pushed back their stock availability date to 5th June

    Looks like I won't be receiving my KEYone anytime soon
