    Hello,

    maybe someone experienced this too. I cleared the KeyOne app cache (settings-storage-clear cache) and wanted to restart the phone afterwards. I press power and chose restart. Now screen turned black, LED keeps flashing some pattern in white. Tried various button hold combinations but nothing worked. Connecting via USB to my PC does not work, it does not seem to be recognized... KeyOne just keeps flashing white LED...

    Any ideas or is it already dead?

    Ive done that multiple times. Nothing happens, except that the LED keeps flashing...

    Phew, I finally came back, after holding ALL FOUR buttons for like 2 minutes. It suddenly vibrated and turned on, hmm strange...

    Try getting into recovery mode by holding down the power button and the down volume.

    Just an update: I restarted the KeyOne, or at least I tried to. It flashes all the time now and cant be switched on anymore. Getting a replace unit from t-mobile tomorrow, sad but true...

    Bought mine 2 hours ago, was working fine in the store. Finally plugged it in when I got home and now it won’t boot, not lights, no flicker, nothing. It was at 30% when they booted it up in the store, drive to my place is 15 min, now it’s a paperweight...going back in the morning.

    Press and HOLD the Power Button for 32 seconds. Ignore the screen and any sounds or vibrations. See if it recovers. Good luck
