I live in Japan and I got an unlocked Blackberry KeyOne . However, even after changing the APN settings cellular data still doesn't work? How can I use the Internet on this device without Wi-Fi ??

Helps to know which variant you got. Saying 'unlocked' doesn't mean much if its not an unlocked version that works in Japan.
Go to Settings>About Phone>Model and tell us what is showing.

Hi, my Blackberry KeyOne is BBB100-2 model, I really wish to use it in Japan with SoftBank as I'm already subscribed to the service. I called the Customers Service and said to reissue a new SIM Android compatible, this is a new policy they said.... please help
