So the last few weeks my KeyOne has been acting up.
Takes forever for the Waze app to open and sometimes it just won't open at all.
Sometimes the phone just doesn't respond when hitting any button at all - freezes. What the heck is going on???

Yep, same here. I usually restart, clear cache and all is fine. Worst is the contacts and phone app. When that hangs and freezes, that's very annoying.

To clear cache: settings -> storage -> internal shared storage -> cached data (let the numbers settle, then long press), followed by phone restart.

Okay thanks. I will try clearing the cache. I just deleted Waze and re-installed as well. hope this helps.

Jane - are you running AAV119? I have noticed WhatsApp grinds to a halt processing video to send etc.
