    Hello everybody. I have an issue with my keyone. Actually, when I make a call (without headphones), my notification profile changes. For example, if I'm on a silent mode and I make a call, the phone will change to "do not disturb profile" during the call. When the call is ended, the phone changes again to another profile (for example vibration mode). The original one was silent mode.

    Don't know if anyone else have this issue ! Otherwise, I'll reset my phone because it's kind of disturbing.

    yes, I have exactly the same issue; I can't keep the phone on silent, every time I hang up a call the phone switches to vibrate, there is another thread about this.

    Yes, I do have the same issue on BlackBerry KeyOne Black Edition.
