I have a KEYone (BBB100-1) running Android 7.1.1, with July 5, 2017 Android security patch applied.

I have Google Play Services 11.0.55 (440-156917137), and Android Wear 2.0.0.160652436 installed on my KEYone.

I have an Asus ZenWatch 3 as well, running Google Play Services 11.0.55 (534-156917137), and Android Wear 2.0.0.159047622.

When I attempt to add my Google Account to my watch, it fails to find it. I have been through 2 weeks of support hell with Asus tech support trying to resolve this issue.

Asus finally asked me if I had another Android device to try with, which I do.

It's a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, running Android 7.0 with security patch May 1, 2017 installed. The tablet is running Google Play services 11.0.55 (436-156917137) and Android Wear 2.0.0.160652436.

When I pair my watch with the Samsung tablet, my google account is immediately found and set up on my watch without issue.

It seems clear to me that the problem finding the Google account is with my KEYone, and not the Asus watch, since the watch works perfectly with the Samsung tablet.

This is the first issue I've had with my KEYone, but it is extremely bothersome.

Please advise what, if any, steps that you can provide me to overcome this issue.

    Thanks for any suggestions.
