    I received and installed the AAM625 update for the KEYone in Canada and it had no Support Center app. The carrier indicated that they have nothing to do with any AWOL app in the update and suggested I contact BlackBerry.

    Anyone know if Support Centre was/is a regional app only available and supported in the U.S.? Or for some reason, only unavailable in Canada?

    Is there a logical reason for this anyone can think of or is this another case of Canadians receiving "special treatment" from our "friends" in Waterloo?

    I would have used the term "fellow Canadians," but I am not certain that any Canadians work there anymore.

    Bell and Rogers are also missing the app in this update.
    I just got it on Rogers in Toronto. Though I have no idea what it was for (which is how I ended up here).

    I think Bla1ze at one point in another thread mentioned deleting the downloaded file, rebooting and trying again. Not sure how to delete the file though. Hopefully he jumps in and gives some more details.
