Hi there - I'm hoping someone may know the answer to this.

We use Gsuite for corporate email. On bb10 we would setup the email account as an active sync / exchange account - Google Sync (as it's referred to) is available to paying G suite accounts. This made it so essentially the account isn't using imap and thus is a push account.

On the KeyOne - is it required to setup the Gsuite account in the hub as an exchange active sync account in order to support push? Or does it do this natively when using a G suite "google account" - the flag of "use push if support" is turned on.

    Thanks a bunch.

It auto detects the right settings and just adheres to the use push if supported setting. You can also do it manually in the case you need additional settings.
