    Hi, I am trying to upgrade to the Keyone Black and I want to export from my Password Keeper on my Keyone Silver. No matter which option I try (saving to google drive, sdcard, local storage, CSV or encrypted file) it keeps giving me an error: "Can't export records"

    Any ideas?

    I have a thumb drive I use for the priv. It's USB on one side and micro usb on the other.

    Use a converter and make the micro usb to a usb c and you have the file.

    Blackberry support rocks. Thumb drive didn't work either. Developer option “Don’t keep activities” needs to be off. Then it worked like a charm.
