    I have a keyone user that is having problems where an email comes in, he opens the email (which opens) then it vanishes off the screen and isnt in the hub inbox view.

    Then if the client is force closed/restarted or rebooted the email is back there again.
    its very sporadic but very very annoying for this user.

    any ideas on how to stop it?

    Would it be possible the Hub was showing unread messages only at that time?

    That wouldn't explain the open email just vanishing off screen mid read. but no thats not what's happening. lots of emails on screen, read an unread.

    I discovered I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?

    I'm on BBB100-3 CDMA and AAL093 OS Release
