    I am utilizing sync with Exchange Server. My KEYone had been fine for the longest time, but now I am getting delayed and spotty delivery of emails. My KEYone is CDMA Verizon.

    It is not the Exchange Server as no one else in the company is having these issues but me, and I am the only one with a Blackberry.

    I have "quicker email" option turned on, I have cellular data on.

    How do I get technical support for this? Do I open a ticket on here or BlackBerry Mobile?

    BlackBerry Mobile. Might have hard time opening a ticket here since no ticket system exists.

    I got this fixed by removing my email profile and rebuilding it.
