Is anyone else brand new Keyone showing Poor under how secure the phone is under DTEK ? Since I took it out of the box my DTEK has said my phone is not using blackberry and the phone os has been compromised.

since its out of the box like that basically you can do 2 things

take it back and have them exchange it or try to "fix" it or reload the OS from scratch yourself

I ordered mine from Best Buy and they are out of stock so I guess I will have to wait for an update to the app or wait until more get in Stock. Not a major issue for me but decided I would let others know this problem does exist.

Yea I was going to but just for that small bug it's not worth it for me. Thanks for the feedback though.

I know this may seem like a stupid question but did you actually open the dtek app and go through the prompts? I just got a notification on mine that my dtek settings were for por, even though I've never open the app. So, I open the app and clicked through the mandatory prompts and then it said that my dtek was excellent. So, it may not be the security settings itself and just that you need to go through the prompts and dtek initial walkthrough
