    Is there anything I can do short of a factory reset to get rid of this message.

    I was pished a while back on Facebook. However, I've installed security software that says everything his Ok.

    I haven't had any problems with device or software. Can I do anything to reset dtek without resetting my Keyone?

    No. Well.. I suppose you can disable it if it bothers you that much.

    Up to you and whatever you think may have triggered it I suppose. If you've been downloading apps outside of Google Play, should probably wipe it and start anew. If you think it's just DTEK being finicky, as is the case in most cases, go ahead and ignore it/disable it for now.

    The dtek app on my dtek50 was showing the same yesterday. My phone was acting up and was stuck in the booting up process for nearly an hour before starting. I looked on the playstore and updated the dtek app. The app is now showing good but I haven't tried to restart the phone.

    I just updated DTek but haven't restarted yet. Still have the same "poor" status. I don't want to wipe and reset my phone, it's too much of a hassle... I am debating uninstalling Dtek altogether as it appears from some other posts in this forum that it's a glitch in the app.
