i tried rebooting it doesnt help. the wierdest thing is that sms and data work fine its just the calling that doesnt go

I think Verizon's network was having issues today. Granted I was just having data issues, not CDMA radio (the network most Verizon voice call services operate on) issues... good luck! Give their customer support a call maybe?

If you haven't done so yet, I suggest looking at the link in the previous reply to your problem. Looks like your provider is having issues, as I'd suggest early on. Hopefully you'll get it sorted soon.

My KeyOne stopped taking incoming calls, I'm on the Fido Network. It was working fine yesterday, now no luck. I called Fido, customer service is closed and I have been on hold with BB support hotline for 80 mins, and I have emailed BB support as well. Can someone help me trouble shoot. I have rebooted my phone multiple times and checked all the settings.

Did you ever figure this out?...I am able to make calls, send messages and have internet......BUT ......CANNOT receive ANY incoming calls. Tried 30 times calling my cell from my landline and it the device doesnt show the incoming call.

Ok : update 2019 !!!

I have replace myself the battery of my Blackberry Q20 Classic.

Since I can't call or recieve calls. After search I have found somebody which solve this problem with a "Security Clean-up". Here : https://www.blackberry-fr.com/forum_...opic.php?t=316

But no explication.

I have tried : same problem.

So I change my parameters 4g, 3G and 2G by "3g and 2G".... And problem solve. My Blackberry is functionnal for the next 3/4 years with new battery. I Will by a Q10, because battery is very easy to change !

For SEO in English (same) : impossible outgoing and incoming calls with blackberry. Can not call or receive calls. The phone does not ring and I can not call. Always "your call could not succeed"
