    It doesn't even show up in the Play Store, so it must think my region is not correct or something. But I couldn't find anything obvious.

    I can download this just fine on my S7.

    I have an unlocked KEYone that I bought from Amazon. I am on AT&T and in the United States. Anyone have any ideas?

    It is the only app I use that I cannot find/download. Thanks!

    It looks like they've changed the name to Amazon Prime Video.

    When I search for Prime Video this is what I get. It's odd. Shows up on my other devices.

    Odd. I have a moto Z play droid in the USA and it says it's not available in my country.

    I had to download it using my browser (Firefox) because it wasn't showing up in the PlayStore for me, either. Just do a search on your browser such as "Amazon Prime Video for Android."

    For reference, I, too have a NA Unlocked GSM purchased from Amazon. I'm in the United States and on AT&T as well.

    Thanks -- so what worked for me is this:
    Download the Amazon App Store (Amazon Underground) for the phone.
    Install it (after enabling installation of APKs from unknown sources).
    Go to the Amazon App Store and download the Prime Video App.

    Then it works. Even going to the play store in the FireFox browser wouldn't let me download the app.

    Bizarre.

    Glad to say that it works now.
