I had many saved wifi networks on my Passport. No saved networks are showing on the Keyone. Is it possible to extract the info from a backup? I don't see any way of sending it from the Passport.

I don't think so. I recall a similar question within the last week or two.

I do recall wifi stuff was transferred between BB devices in the past but don't even remember which devices were involved.

I think that would present a security concern for network admins. Just because a user is given access at one time for one device doesn't mean that user has permission to port that access to another device at a later time.
