volume is set at the highest level it will go, but when I am on a call I can barely hear the caller! my BB classic was so much louder! Any fixes for this? Any apps that really work? You may want to send it back for a swap out..........I have used a few Key ones and sound was never an issue

Mine is also low volume...also CDMA, Verizon, AAL093.

I thought it was just me! Yes, my KeyOne does that too, the volume is very low. I have excellent hearing but, I frequently have to put the phone on speaker to hear the caller.

well if that's an issue I'll be skipping it. my z30 was really low as well. was a nightmare for me. my hearing is pretty bad anyway. priv is great

maybe it's a network or CDMA issue. I'm on GSM on Rogers and it's so loud that, on handset mode, I can put it on the table and hear it clearly.

If you have a problem with low audio levels on phone calls with a Blackberry Keyone, I can tell you how to fix the problem in two minutes and get much louder, clearer audio on phone calls. Download the app called "Headphone Equalizer" and set the equalizer as follows. All the settings should be flat except 3000 cycles. Boost the 3000 cycle fader all the way up to the top. The difference will be amazing. This is called the Fletcher-Munson Theory invented for phone eq in the 1930s. Look up the Fletcher Munson Theory on Google and you'll see why it works.
