    Just thought i want to warn you guys with an experience i suffered .

    Sent in a perfectly looking phone just that it couldnt boot ,
    came back with a different phone , opened box , looking used with the flash on the back with at least 6 deep scratch across the surface .

    I am giving up on them .

    warranty exchange and BBMobile sent you a used device with scratches???! WOW. I am giving up on them as well.

    i dont know whose problem is this but i think its unlocked mobiles , they claimed they tested the phone before they shipped out but they lacked the detail . its disappointing
