Hi,

Just got my K1 yesterday and everything is setup except BBM is missing from the BB Hub, how do I add that to the view?

I have tried going into the settings in case it shows as not being part of the view, but under accounts it does not show to even tick / untick for selection.

I've had similar problems. I still dont know how it works. I found that when installing bbm enterprise, it would just take time before it was detected.

Try disabling bbm, then re-enabling to see if it forces the hub to detect it.

This happened just after I installed the July update, it came back after a couple of restarts so I guess like you say must have been a detection issue.
