Hello folks, just get my new Keyone since two weeks. What a change after 13 years using any generation of Black's, and I was really in love with the Balance option in BB10 when you add a work account.

Sounds nice so far, but actually I hope I'm wrong because I think this option is gone. I completed my enterprise activation for email (BES12), but never get able to access my corp intranet like I was doing it previously in the "work" side on my Passport, and my Z10, and my Z30. I called my corp support, outsourced to CGI and, what a surprise, they never know this was a function in BlackBerry. That means in their language than if we don't know it, it's impossible...

I don't care about this ignorance because it's the most easy answer to get rid of me and getting good stats for a call center, but is this Balance function is still available in Keyone?

I think it's called something else on the Android platform.

Search BlackBerry in Google play store and you will see a Works app and Access app. Those and others should be what you want.
